Buttermilk and pickle juice to cover the chicken (50/50 ratio)


Blue cheese:

1/2 cup mayo

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup buttermilk 

1 tsp garlic powder, dry mustard

1 tblsp Worcestershire

4 oz blue cheese crumbles 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Let rest in fridge at least an hour. 



1 stick unsalted butter 

1/2 cloves chopped garlic 

1 tsp garlic powder 

1 Tsp white pepper 

Salt pepper to taste 


1 regular bottle hot sauce 



1 cup potato starch (corn starch will work) 

1 tsp cayenne 

1 tsp chipotle powder 

Salt and pepper to taste 


Heat peanut oil at 350 

Fry 10 mins or until center of meat (not bone) reaches at least 165 F 

Toss in the sauce 

Dip in blue cheese
